Brock's Other Job

I know in one of my last posts, Brock had quit Hungry Howies. Well, he's back... Thanks to Countrywide now known as Bank of America. While he isn't delivering pizza or doing school, this is what he does on the side. Xie Fixie 360, LLC! Haha joking about the name but he really does fix XBox 360's and as you can tell from the picture above, he just got in a big shipment. 
While he's not fixing XBoxes, delivering, or doing homework, this is the OTHER hobby Brock has. If you can't tell what he's holding up, it is one of the 28 doves Brock nailed on his hunt with TC & Cory. While I am proud of him for keeping the dove population under control, I am a tad bit disappointed he didn't bring some home for dinner!

Back to school...

It's back to school for Brock & I! We have thoroughly enjoyed our summer off and we were fortunate to be able to experience a lot of different things. I'm in my last year of nursing school and Brock has about 2 more years (we hope) for his electrical engineering degree. I can't wait to be done with school so we can at least get ourselves a house! Good luck to everyone else in school! 

Let me tell you about the Secret!

It seems lately I have been exposed to some new and very wonderful things, & I have been loving it! I'm sure this has been around for some time & I am just now getting to it but I'm glad to have even come across it. This is a book but it is also available on DVD and CD. It's kind of hard to explain what the secret is. I can tell you, it is empowering and uplifting. I just finished watching the DVD & I am feeling so positive about life and feeling as if I can do anything! It does have some parts that are a little out there but for the most part this "secret" is something that I believe can change lives. I recommend looking into this, but make sure you have an open mind!

I know, here I go again...blah, blah, blah!

Ok some of you might be SO tired of this but I really wanted to post this. Since I finished the Twilight series & had nothing else to read, my friend Kristyn told me about this book. I'll admit I was hesitant at first but once I started reading, I couldn't put it down. For those of you who have a hard time with the FLDS don't read this book. I have so much admiration and respect for this woman! Talk about trials...this woman experienced a lot of them. This has a lot of sad stories and things that will make your mouth drop to the floor but I really enjoyed it. If anyone doesn't want to spend the money to buy it, let me know & you can borrow my copy!

This is a video Brock made of our Colorado trip. Brock & I went up for his sister's reception in Craig and then saw the sights of Colorado. This is just a glimpse of our trip. We had so much fun & saw so many beautiful things! Makes us wonder why we live in Arizona. The pictures don't even show how green & beautiful everything was but its the best we have!
