Not this last weekend but the one before, my fabulous husband and I went camping with our friends T.C. & Melissa. We went up to the Rim and camped about 4 miles past Strawberry. It was SO nice and the weather was perfect! We visited Blue Ridge Reservoir but forgot the camera so no pictures of that. Brock took his awesome little 50 and I learned how to ride on two wheels! It was fun and I almost ran into a tree haha. Thanks to T.C. & Melissa, most of the camping supplies came from them. You guys are lifesavers! T.C. made the most scrumptious cobbler too. We had fun even though Melissa didn't feel good every now and again cuz she is pregnant! But kudos to her cuz she did so good and was such a trooper. She even rode the 50 with me while the guys were out squirrel hunting. We have made it a goal to camping as often as we can and get out of this blasted heat.

Brock didn't have sunglasses so we bought him these. Very special ed...
Talk about special ed!!! (Haha no offense to anyone)
What a view!!! Why do I live where I live?
This is just after I rode the 50 for the first time. No wrecks!
T.C. & me just talking. Melissa is the one in the back of the truck

Haha poor Melissa. She just woke up & I'm shoving a camera in her face
Brock is so happy!! Look at that huge smile!
I don't know if you can tell but Brock is showing his muscles cuz he's proud of his fire
So glad we had a fire it got really cold!
Thanks to Melissa, we had the other half of our dinner
Aww, how sweet!!
Brock cooked the steak & chicken. Something about cooking your food in the wilderness makes it so much better!
This is the delicious cobbler T.C. made

A lot has happened over the past couple months, so I figured I better take some time update the good ol' blog. First off, my brother Jaron graduated from Mesa High!! Its amazing to see how far he's come since his accident almost 2 years ago. Who would have known that a kid who had to learn to sit up and walk again would graduate with flying colors! He really is so smart even though we joke about him having "drain bamage"! I am so proud of him and I can't believe he's growing up so fast!! The night of graduation was pretty bad weather so they moved everything into the auditorium, but because of that they only allowed two guests per student. So Jaron decided not to walk with his class and we threw our own party! It was nice to have family there to support him.
